Hi,

as Jez has already said, the room in question is that directly adjacent
to and accessed from the meeting room. Not the one with the sink in it.

As a footnote, I thought that the idea was that this room was to be used
as a campaigns room/office space, and that the LGBT collective were
willing to prepare and use it as such, rather than as LGBT collective
space per se. However, I've not been to a meeting on ages, so what do i
know?

regarding PAs, it is indeed the gig collective who should be your first
point of inquiry.
