Mihaela Tzarchinska from the Green School 
        Village in Bulgraia writes to you. Few days ago I heard about your 
        organization from Allan Kokkota (natuurehitus.ee) who recommended you. At 
        the beginning of this month our NGO and few others from Baltic and 
        Balkan countries (like Estonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lithuania, 
        Latvia, Greece... ) formed the so called Baltic-Balkan Ecovillage 
        Network as a branch of GEN-Europe where some of us are members. During 
        the meeting we chose to organize together few more events this year. 
        Amongst them is one permacultural exchange in Bulgaria where I would 
        like to invite you to join (please check the attachments). The deadline 
        for the application is 01.04.2010, so please make your decision as soon 
        as possible! Thank you :)
