[pagan-magik] Ukraine sigil

The revised heraldic sigil is now attached; I will be feeding this spell retroactively during a ritual tonight, along with steve's mantra, and have already begun feeding it through last minute tension right now.  Fortunately the revised heraldic sigil here is not much different from the original, so as long as at least one of us is using this symbol, all the power should flow to the right place.
