He said 'he's fucking faking he's dead, he's still
breathing' then he shoots him in head and says 'he's
done'. There was another case where a solder says
'there's a wounded man in the alley', he shoots and
says 'he's dead now'. But this seperate incident
hasn't caused any controversy. 

The recent case has become an international scandal
and the UN are said to be investigating. The solder
concerned is now probably going to be court martialled
very publically. Of course his real crime as far as
the Pentagon is concerned is getting caught on camera,
as this sort of thing is apparently quite common in
Iraq and a blind eye is usually turned on it. 

To be realistic though, this is unavoidable in a war
of this kind, and Amnesty Int claims both sides are
commiting warcrimes. This is why war needs to be
abolished!
