Yes.


Two options for getting to RFH:

1) Get to Waterloo Station. Turn left on leaving
station, go down stairs to pedestrian subway, walk
till you get to round Imax Cinema, follow subway path
signposted as leading to Royal Festival Hall or
Southbank, turn right at top of stairs out of subway,
keep walking till you get to the river, Royal Festival
Hall is on embankment overlooking river. 
You will have to climb steps up to it to enter main
doors on ground floor, or enter at basement level and
climb internal stairs to get to ground floor.

2) Get on Charing Cross Branch Northern Line, get off
at Embankment, to right inside station, heading south
towards river. On leaving station note hungerford
bridge across thames, on your right as you leave
station, climb steps, cross bridge, Royal Festival
Hall on other side of river, should be in front of you
as you descend steps off bridge.

Once inside RFH, look for bar on ground floor (same
floor as bookshop, not basement), we will be on
balcony above this bar (find steps up to it on either
side of balcony area).
