[pagan-magik] Subscription

I have no objection to the archive being open, but
in that case it makes little difference to me who can
post and who can't, ie whose subscribed, as they can
email and have it forwarded on anyway, so won't be
motivated into putting much effort into being a
moderator in the subscription process (don't see the
point) as I'm very busy with other projects.
