Plans are afoot to pull off a daring feat of technology and collaboration
and put out a stream of video during the London Climate Camp (27th of August
to 2 September 2009).

Climate Camp TV will have an on-site studio and cameras out in the camp (and
beyond). We will be editing on and off site, and putting out short films and
shows through out the week. There will also be an open platform for people
to up-load other films.

We will also be part of the Documenting the Camp crew, helping to make sure
that we have the material to tell the Climate Camp story now and into the
future.

We've got a small, skeleton crew, and the technical knowledge to pull it
off, but we need more people to get involved so that we have the capacity to
make a lot of really good programmes.

We need people of all skill levels, as many jobs require little or no
technical knowledge, but we are also very much in need of people with camera
experience (and ideally their own cameras!), we need people who understand
up-loading and web stuff, and in particular we really need editors.

If you've got any video or production skills, or maybe you'd make a good
'presenter' to interview people, or you just want a something fun to do at
camp, please get back to me (emily at emily-james.com) for more details.

And please forward to anyone you know who might have these skills and be
looking for a way to get involved with Climate Camp! (or to lists where
these people might lurk)
