[Reclaimmayday] Watershed

A band on the Facebook event pager asked about "sweary songs". I don't
think we have a 'watershed' and whether we need one. I guess thats all part
of the the family-friendly remit.

I don't think Mary Whitehouse is confirmed as coming if that helps.
