Hi everyone,

I'm afraid I have to give my apologies for tomorrow - I won't bore you
with the details but it involves dentists.

Bit of an update on stalls stuff (haven't run all this by you yet, Jules,
so give me a call if there's anything we need to talk about) :

Treehouse is going to do tea, coffee, burgers, maybe wraps and vegan cake.
Steve will do 1 in 12 club records from the same stall. They'll pay £100
and up to £200 if they do exceptionally well. They want to know if the
stalls have sides (I thought not) and what's the arrangement with the
water supply. They'd like to use the tent (which Protag and Duncan bought
last year?) and outdoor kitchen kit, if that's possible, so may not need
an actual stall after all.

Fair-grounds will definitely have a stall. She wants electric just for
lights in the evening. She'll pay £40, and more if she has a good day.

CND will almost definitely have a stall and will pay at least £20 -
waiting for confirmation on that one.

Commonweal is interested in a stall, and can probably pay £25 - can't
confirm until we know if we (we Commonweal, not we Mayday) have enough
people to people the stall though.

Biasan would like a presence - Jules is checking if they can put any money
in.

Going to see Mr Pizza tomorrow and ring / see a couple of other folk who
might be interested in stalls so will email again if there is more to
report...

We also need to source some kind of tent for activities, workshops and
talks - if anyone has any ideas on this, or if it could be discussed
tomorrow, that would be good. Activities-wise, Ellie Clement is going to
organise a raffle, and we have a Luddite / history of Mayday talk & circus
skills workshop confirmed so far. Jules might have other confirmed stuff
to add to this list.

If someone can take this info to the meeting, that would be ace.

Dusty, if you have contact details for the jewellery stall person you
mentioned who put in £25 last year (also anyone else who paid to have a
stall), can you pass that on to me or Jules, and we can see if they're
interested again this year.

Think that's it for now...

Cheers.

Heather.
