Reply re stalls.

What's the situation with security?

I can also find out what's the latest they would collect on the saturday.

A number of things are possible but I would want to avoid having to do
20 stalls at 10pm - and actually as caterers need to vacate them first
it will be nearer midnight before they can be taken down.

before I let you have our stalls I need to know that you will have
overnight security on Sat 28 April and which company will be doing it as
our stalls are expensive .

It may be that to have the stalls you will have to provide an up front
bond to cover any damage

Alternatively you may wish to contact Sefton Coppitch on 07949099178 who
operates a stall loan company

Hello Richard.
The event starts at 12, so it would be good if the stalls could arrive
between 8.30 and 9.30.
It goes on till 10, and the food stalls at least will want to stay open
in
the evening.
What is the latest you would collect (or would the morning be a
possibility?)
And would it cost extra?
Also, it looks like we may need up to 20 now - is that possible?
Thanks.
Heather.
