[Scotia] RNAP request for use of reception space

Dear All,
Just a reminder about the email I sent round after the last Scotia Works
meeting re our request for use of the reception space. I've only had replies
from 2 organisations so far and would appreciate a response from others so
that the matter can be resolved at next Tuesday's meeting. I'm re-sending
the request as an attachment here - in case it 's got lost at the bottom of
full in-trays!
