[Scotia] SW Communal Spring Clean

Dear All,

A list of lots of different potential cleaning jobs to help make Scotia
Works look beautiful (again) is up on the kitchen wall.

As agreed at the last Scotia Works meeting, the idea is that each
organisation dedicate 1-2 hours of staff time (as many staff as want - would
be fairer if bigger orgs involved a few more than the little ones) on this
Friday afternoon (13th) between 2 & 4pm - or as near to then as they can to
all muck in and give Scotia Works a good spring clean.  Please look at the
list downstairs and tick off a job you will do.
