Ithaca Biodiesel Cooperative is undergoing some changes as my husband and I
are hoping to make it a more viable business that can serve the entire
community. We need the help of a lawyer to develop a perfect cooperative
structure. If you are a lawyer or know of one who has some experience with
cooperatives and freshly hatched entrepreneurs, we'd love to talk with you!
