Mark your calendars, set your practice intentions this week for sunshine,
and join the Finger Lakes Yoga Alliance this Saturday:

*Free* Yoga in the Park*
4th Saturdays in the summer (6/23, 7/28, 8/25, 9/22), 10am.
@ Thompson Park (aka Bell Park) on Cayuga Street (near Gimme!), Ithaca NY.

Just following the yoga class, the Art of Living Foundation is also
offering a short, guided meditation.
*(*donations welcome – all donations support FLYA.*

All levels welcome. No need to register, just show up by 10am. Bring your
own mat or practice on the grass! (Note: If raining, Yoga in the Park is
canceled).
