> Success with reuse of sewing supplies has led Ithaca’s SewGreen store to add another category of materials for reuse: art supplies. SewGreen is now accepting donations of unwanted drawing and painting media, such as heavy paper, canvas, stretchers, acrylic and oil paints, pastels, and other leftover supplies typically used by artists and art students. Proceeds from resale of materials will support youth apprenticeships and jobs for teens.
