If you want to run an Asterisk box for telephony then it might be
worth looking at 18866.co.uk. They apparantly offer totally free phone
calls to UK land lines, and it would be quite easy to set up an
Asterisk dial plan to restrict the phones to only dial those
numbers... (01* and 02* are valid - everything else plays an error)...
