Looks like the 18866 people don't do SIP or IAX2, or similar, so you 
would still need a telephone line, which costs money, and there is still 
a connection charge.

& offloading calls away from your network for less than 1p a minute has 
to be a loss leader; anything that looks too good to be true probably 
is. :-)
