No this isn't a function that it supports, however the
recent changes page does have a RSS feed:

  http://www.sheffieldagainstwar.org.uk/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges&feed=rss

So I'd suggest that you look at some software that does
email notification based on RSS feed updates and use that.
