The application form asks for:

99 character 'revolutionary statement'

Initiative Description (1500 chars)

How would you like to spend the £5K (200 chars)

Who would it benefit (200 chars)

We should easily be able to complete this. The sooner the better as it's
based on votes and we'd need all the time we can get to drum up support.
Prepare your all social networks! :-)

I guess we start with the website statement. I'm going to post my notes
about last night's meeting, soon. It was agreed that Mike and I would
draft a letter of invitation to academics and circulate by the end of
March for discussion/amendment before 10th April.

I think we can combine the two and try to get an application in by the
end of this month.
