[SSC] Running costs

Mike, Joss and I just met to try to firm up some of the estimated
expenditure and income for discussions with Charles from Lincolnshire CDA.
I've updated the spreadsheet to reflect that discussion.

It now has two tabs. One shows anticipated annual expenditure - at least for
the first year - and the other shows an income model over five years
assuming growing numbers of "associate" members (i.e. those who are not
directly involved in the week-to-week operations of the SSC, but who provide
financial support because they agree with our aims and also contribute to
journals and deliver guest lectures etc).

Comments and additions are welcome. This will form part of the discussion of
the business case at the next SSC meeting.
