Dear All,

 

Can I suggest that the seven names listed below meet outside Mint Lane,
Lincoln at 7.30 on Saturday morning to travel to Birmingham for the Free
University event.

 

The journey takes about 2 and a half hours, so the early start will give
us plenty of time with a stop halfway.

 

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Dear All,

 

I have now booked vehicle, 7 seater people carrier, for visit to
Birmingham on Saturday. I need a special licence, which I don't have, to
book minibus and so we are restricted to the 7 seater.

 

There were some expressions of interest, unconfirmed, from others, but
they have not got back to me to firm up.

 

My proposed plan is that we can take those on the  list below, but do
not have room for anyone else at this stage. I am very happy to suggest
that if anyone else goes under their own steam that the SSC will
reimburse any costs.

 

I will get back to those on the list  tomorrow with time and place to
meet on Saturday morning in Lincoln.
