[SSC] Website update, and, Finance Report

Dear All,

Re website- The 'Members' area has been renamed to 'Scholars' to avoid
confusion over membership categories and services. The online space for
student-scholars and teacher-scholars is still in the same place, only the
name has changed. The Scholars area can still be viewed by all members and
the public.

Stephen has compiled the finance report for October 2012 and I have posted
it under Documents.
