[Ssf] about quangos and civic pride campaigns

Just to clarify i am not part of sheffield university and the papers i gave 
the link to are not my work, i just stole the knowledge, i like call it 
learning from others(!).  Also i do not know the people who sit on the big 
quangos so if anyone has any knowledge of them i am keen to learn.
