[Ssf] about quangos and civic pride campaigns

we are knowledge thieves, who knows what they will call us, or others, 
code terrorists, alphabet pirates, well but these persons' names NAMES 
must be available somewhere for democratic scrutiny. you never know what 
you might end up stepping on.
anyway this looks like a delicious mystery.
