hello,

'If Dave is ok I would like to press forward the first
and try to facilitate the groups formation around the
disability benefit issue'.

Good news, I am so pleased that people from the ssf
have taken an interest in these issues. I hope i
didn't sound too proprietorial, i just dont want to
let these people down, they have been in the past by
the left. Now, i am am quite optimistic a succesful
arms length campaign/support network can be achieved.
though such issues can be incredibly hard work, slow
and demanding. I also agree with Jase, that we keep
the two issues seperate: pehaps the SSF can be more
politically involved with a wider no cuts/save the
w/state campaign. i have said it before but I really
think we, the new social movements are at the
beginning of a new historical social force as long as
our ideas, values, etc don't become a new dogma.

see you dave t..

nice one

but can peopl please post up thoughts, ideas, info on
the welfare meeting/proposed campaign on the wiki
soonest.
