Remember the letter of invitation sent to Dave Walker from anti ID 
campaigners at no2id.org??
well, if you don't remember this: i sent this invitation before Mr. 
Blunkett's fall from grace... but obviously the ID campaign goes on and 
is heading on to the new year. This is a campaign for human rights, 
erosion of privacy... which continue to be eroding in this country.


Well finally a polite reply was received today, Sunday, from Phil Booth 
(see below) so it is up to you (or to us, if inclusive)
to answer their question...about meeting some time in the near future.
I might as well post this letter onto the wiki, if noone objects - as 
evidence that there has been one (positive) reply to the letter of 
invitation.

So sorry to have missed your Social Forum Meeting last Thursday - we've
been going full pelt with the Parliamentary stuff, as well as our local
groups, and haven't had any time or bodies to spare over the last week
down here in London! I hope some of our local supporters were able to
make it along. I'd definitely be interested in meeting up and discussing
how we might work together on defeating ID cards, when is the next
Social Forum meeting likely to be?

If only two or three persons were able to come, we could easily sort out
sleeping arrangements if necessary.
Otherwise, a future date would be  more convenient to make room
