[Ssf] question about the 'victory parade'

errm, i was just wondering but what happens if we don't know who won the 
election at the time of the victory parade?

due to how tight the race is and how many legal challenges there will 
probably be (the democrats have got a swat team of lawyers already preparing 
legal challenges for almost every swing state going) there will probably be 
a delay for weeks.  Last time around with the legal challenges in florida is 
delayed the election for a few weeks, this time there will be several legal 
challenges in several different states.
