[ssf] Wiki categories

Hi

Since different projects are using the wiki I think it
would make sense to use the category facility of the wiki,
to add a page to a category you add this to the end of it:

  [[Category:Matilda]]

This creates a link to category page.

The category page can then generate an index of pages in
the category by having this added to it:

  [[Category:Index]]

And then you get a nice pages that lists all the pages in
the Matilda category:

  https://wiki.sheffieldsocialforum.org.uk/Category:Matilda
