[ssf] Draft announcement for post-meeting

Generally I would make the whole text more succint, too much prose in my 
opinion

Why not stick to yoursef and keep the 2004 poem (the one for the launch)
"the SSF will not be televised..."

(etc.)

This would relate the announcement with the shocking picture
and don't apologize for the picture , imho, don't try to soften it down ...
