[ssf] Draft announcement for post-meeting

Sorry, i should clarify. The two lines shouldn't be the subject, they 
are more the heading for the message so that people will realise that 
there may be something that interests them at the bottom, rather than 
switching off if they aren't interested in the first topic. The subject 
line itself should be something short, clear and regular, eg SSF 
Announcements, in order that these messages can be distinguished from 
the normal flurry of email that people get. It should be a subject line 
which everyone agrees not to use on list for responses, so that the 
announcements can be easily accessed by people without the time or 
desire to engage in the online element of discussion.
