[ssf] useful farewell (SSF launch last year)

You remember last year's launch? When we my partner and i were leaving,
i remember someone being at the reception desk, a different person from
the one there when entering the hall, well something similar could be
done for meetings this year, with someone there to say goodbye, hand a
paper for the person leaving to write down email (optional) and ask for
some feedback, like what do you think?" any suggestion for improving? "
or "would you like to receive our newsletter? and so,
  immediately before they go. Just in case.

(i might be available for that rather than for introductions...)
