Sorry, Dave, i am not here to persuade anybody, but i can tell you are 
wrong, this campaign is not anyone's property or possession, it does not 
have a trademark or brandname, and it includes all ways of persons. 
Anyway, you are wrong if you think this will not touch you, sooner or 
later, even if at the beginning it is aimed at foreign nationals: if you 
want to travel abroad you will be fingerprinted and added to the 
national database which is obviously a tool for the security policies 
advocated by the G8 summit: everything is inter-related.
To advocate a counter-conference ignoring the compulsory id and other 
(so many!) complementary bills and acts (check the latest, bbc on line, 
anyone suspected of "terrorist actions" could be tagged) is, at least, 
paradoxical.
