Hat idea seems nice, feasible, only which "hat" needs to be decided. Or
could it be a changing "hat", following liberal trends in here?

PO box needed rather urgently for 17M, 2Apr demo and other actions in
need of that kind of support-- even for a joint fun(d)-raising event.
Could you ask if we could use the STW box in the meantime (until the
53p. per year are collected somehow?) That 'd be fantastic.
