[syfaslane365] Affinity groups

Hi folks -
I think people have been feeling that we don't have a clear enough way
for new people
to hook in to an affinity group.
I guess a start is having details of the groups available for new people
- so they
have the info they need to go about joining one.

How does my first shot look?

- Is the idea of having this list OK?
- Any general improvements?
- This contacts are (pretty much) what I had in a previous list - but if
you now have
a different (or additional) contact for your group, could you let me
know.
- I just made up the descriptions - so if a group has a better
description of itself, that would be great!-
- If contact people are willing for yr phone number to go on, could you
let me know?
(I guess that helps people who don't have ready email access.)

Also -
Initially we could just have a word copy of the list to mail to people,
give people at meetings etc.
But, I guess it would also be possible to put it on the web if we wanted
to - what would people (especially the contact people!)
think of this????

Best wishes,
Bob
