[syfaslane365] Future "meetings"

At the first training on 1 July - the group proposed the following
future meetings - 
 
8 August 6pm - a coordinating "spokescouncil" meeting.
Collette will arrange and notify the location - the second training
session agreed to this,
so it's a definite "date".  (Might be good to have agenda suggestions
beforehand - send
to the list I guess.)
 
16 or 23 September - a gathering of everyone (I guess as many as
possible!!) in a park.
At the second training there was (I think?) a slight preference for the
16th - but the suggestion
was that we decide definitely on a date at the 8 August spokescouncil
meeting.
But I guess meanwhile people could email their preferences to the list.
Does anyone have a more detailed picture of what we might cover at this,
etc...?
 
And hopefully (!!) the affinity groups are going ahead and doing their
own meetings.......
