Don't know when's best for people - we could do next Saturday evening here at the Quaker community - gather for a meal at 7 ish with a nice log fire. Or would it be better to go for an evening in town, in which case, which evening and which venue?

If we don't de-brief in the next ten days or so we hit half term which would rule me out, but might not be a disaster.
