[Bilstoncollective-private] defense statements to eviction summons

also sending attachments for the two defense claims against the 
eviction orders filed at Sheriffs Court today

it has be explained to me that in a house eviction, once an eviction 
order is granted they must let you know that it has been granted and 
give you two weeks to leave.  we have no idea if this stands for places 
where you never had tenant's rights in the first place though.
