Hi Charlie,

thanks for this. problem here is that 'their' tree is indeed much older than 
'our tree'. they're laying claim to the idea, not just the execution. we're 
going to tell them it was an 'original work', and therfore they haven't got a 
leg to stand on, but we'll see if they want to throw lots of money at it...
