So it is implied that lists are managed by people who subscribe people
to lists without their knowledge? That is a strange, somehow. Given the
AUP etc. and the at times - in my opinion - over strict rejection of
kinds of groups that can get a list, it still happens that some lists
become distributors of spam?!?!
