[alt-media-res] report somewhat corrected

hi there
thanks for the opportunity to put this right
I've only changed things that I knew were factually inaccurate
eg the proper names of IFIwatchnet and Transmission.cc,
also where these networks were labelled as 'organisations'
and some misunderstandings about the nature of our work on the metadata
standard etc.
I also took the liberty of changing one reference from the 'International
Media Centre' of which I'd not heard,
to the 'Independent Middle East Media Centre' which I assumed was what was
meant...
if this is wrong very sorry, please readjust
I'd like to suggest that Pennie should very actively check the references to
her work
it does really worry me that so many basic errors went through unnoticed,
and I can imagine that any basic errors on the Palestine work could be more
than just worrying for us on a research accuracy front!!
