[blag-whereto] shutdown/removal of blag vm

Hi all!
Would very much like to keep the server and the forum going. Don't have
the technical skill to upgrade the server by myself, but willing to help
in any way i can. Also, i can take resposibility for maintaining the
forum if Junichirô and you all wish - but if so, i'll need admin access.

Even with good intentions, my work for BLAG over the last couple of
years has been limited to maintaining the icons and some simple themes.
I've made a few (pathetic) attempts at spinning a new BLAG version, and
i'll probably try again - but can't promise any big success on my own.

So - if you are reading this and feel just a little bit motivated: Let's
have another go at keeping BLAG alive!

Thanks,
robert (veganix)
