[Cc-fests&FR] [climatecampprocess] [Fwd: workshops at big green gathering

Hello Marina.

How's this going? Not to be really pushy but I think it's very important to
get it done asap. I'm not sure how many people are on this list- is it worth
sending it to a bigger list- e.g. networking?
* *
*Still not sure of numbers as I have no idea who is good, who is strong, who
can multi task and who is disciplined and will stay put rather than wonder
off.*
I think it's best to work out exactly what we think needs to be done man
hour wise and then err on the side of caution. Although the camp may have
worked with people chipping in, a lot of work did fall to a few people who
would take things on. I think it's fairer to draw up a rota- make sure
everyone chips in, rather than expecting people just not to bother.

Can we see the form? What exactly is needed- can we give in a rough idea and
flesh it out nearer the time?
Cheers,

Ben.
