[Cja] List + map of actions related to Oct 12 Global Minga call-out

Thanks for including me in the discussion. So far, I haven't come across 
any other lists/maps; The one for the 2009 Minga is still around, but 
it's not being updated. http://www.movimientos.org/defensamadretierra/

Also,  I haven't seen anything more in the way of actions, but 
Indigenous Peoples (in Peru, Ecuador and elsewhere) will be taking part 
in the second Global Minga and Via Campesina is organizing a "global day 
of action against agribusiness and Monsanto" that will coincide with the 
last day of the Minga, Oct 16. See: http://is.gd/fKn39

If MST Brazil gets involved, and I'm sure they will, there will be 
dozens of actions in Brazil too.
