Hi everyone,

Our event on July 26th has a size limit of 25 people - that includes
all particpants, organisers, volunteers, etc. So if you're planning to
be there in any capacity - book a place now.

There are 24 email addresses on this list now, so there are enough
places for everyone here to come if they want to. However there are
also people showing an interest on facebook, and our poster campiagn
hasn't even started yet, so if you're coming you should book now.

I'm going to open this up by announcing it to our affiliated
organisations and facebookers over the next few days.

If we get more people wanting to book than we have places, we'll have
to think about other ways to meet the demand, e.g. more events.
