[dissent-tech] web changes

would anyone have a problem with taking the guestbook off the web page
-cos the enrager forum is there and its doesn't seem that useful (and i'm
trying to reduce the main menu list).  I was also going to move the
weather link on to the info for action page as a link.  Is this all o.k. 
Space bunny and i had also talked about taking of the lastest event bit
cos its never used.
