I think the point of the google calendar is to give easier access to people
with internet access to sign up for time and view what times need covered. I
can't speak for everyone else, but from what I understand the paper signup
will not be removed from the equation. I think this would require someone to
regularly update the paper copy with whoever has signed up for a time on the
google calendar...or the google calendar can be printed off and put up
beside the signup sheet? But this may waste a bunch of paper since people
sign up on a rolling basis.


I second what you said about making a list of people who may want their
donated books back if it is decided that the book(s) they donate are taken
off the shelves. I personally really like this idea because I have several
books that I'd like to donate for expanding the psychology section but I
would be really sad if I didn't get them back!
