I don't think there was a hundred in there, I was aware it was a token, the
band played.........BUT
I was there to make a democratic legal protest and it was the nearest I
could get to shouting in their faces. Any nearer and we would all have been
searched for eggs, or camping gear, or yesterdays dinner! The handful of
malcontents who got off the coaches scuttled away into the undergrowth as
fast as possible anyway.
