[g8-sheffield] tonight/counter conference

Looks like there is some good work happening for the counter conference. Are 
we having any working group meetings because I've been out the loop in the 
land of essays? The timeline is looking good.
I was going to contact the European Creative Forum but they're London based 
and it would be good to get Sheffield based entertainment.
