look on the www.slendermeans  - click on resources.
Scrolling down it has a whole section on legal info,
cluding your rights about identification and section
60. Maybe a bit out of date now but still a lot of
useful info.

The G8 legal recommendations maybe the scottish ones,
and there are some substantial differenc to english
law.
