[HacktionLab] Kids and dogs and concessions

Hi All,

Got some proposals from recent discussions about this and that for you:

1.  That kids are free.

2.  (thought this before Llanos' proposal:) That to resolve the kids
issue we have a plenary about it on the Friday evening when everyone's
on site and we know how many kids we have.  This will allow us all to
deal with it in an adult fashion and those with kids to make
arrangements with each-other and the camp.

3.  On the payment side of things, I think we should consider offering
concessions and say something "Price is 25 in advance, 35 on the door.
Concessions are discretionary and available on demand.  Please email
barncamp at hacktivista.net if you require a concession.".

4.  Having spoken to Highbury Farm, they've requested that no dogs be
allowed due to it being a working, organic farm.
